E-Mail - Outlook - Advanced Settings for Mail Synchronization

I deleted some messages in Outlook, but they are still on my Internet e-mail server. My mailbox is reporting as "FULL" or "QUOTE EXCEEDED" even though there are very few or no messages in my Outlook Inbox.
